The safety and compliance of our products is at heart of everything we do, and we pledge to you, that under no circumstances we will we ever knowingly compromise our products safety.
A Baby Product is totally different from so many other products on the market, as babies handle and use products differently from older children and adults.
That's why, when we are developing our products in either our own factory or in conjunction with our manufacturing partners, the first thing we consider is safety and compliance.
We will now take you through the various stages of production to show you how we ensure this.

THREE STAGE QUALITY CONTROL
All our products are visually checked at three stages during the manufacturing process:
1) During the first stage of manufacturing.
2) During the assembly process.
3) During the packing process.
Any products that even appear to be possibly substandard are removed from the production or packing lines and destroyed or recycled.

TESTING BY WORLD CLASS SERVICE PROVIDERS
We test all products we sell that have mandatory testing requirements and we hold copies of these test reports that we are happy to make available to you. All relevant products comply with the stringent testing requirements of USA FDA/CPSC and all applicable EN/EU regulations.
All testing is carried out by internationally recognised and respected laboratories.

BATCH CODING AND TRACKING
We incorporate inmolded blocks and datewheels in all our products that require this under USA law.
The information in the block normally includes the name and contact details of the retailer or importer, together with the datewheel which indicates the month and year of production.
This service is provided by us to our customers without charge.
For other markets where this is not yet a legal requirement,it is an added safety feature that enhances your product credibility.
